Introduction

Heriot-Watt University is the eighth-oldest higher education organisation in the UK. It provides international students with financing opportunities and merit-based scholarship programs to help them pay for their studies and living expenses.

Incoming undergraduates from India will be eligible for merit-based scholarships from Heriot-Watt University commencing in September 2023.

3. English Proficiency:

• IELTS Band 6 with 5.5 each in Speaking, Listening, and Writing

• 75% or above in English from any Indian School Board

Scholarship

Scholarships from Heriot-Watt University will be worth 50% of annual tuition for students who have excelled in their academics. Equal scholarships will be awarded to those who qualify for all four years of their undergraduate study.

Any subject the university provides will be available for scholarships at Heriot-Watt University.

Dubai Campus Scholarships:

• Applicants with 90% and above in Class 12 Boards will get a scholarship of 50% on their annual tuition fees.

• Applicants with 85%-89.9% and above in Class 12 Boards will get a scholarship of 40% on their annual tuition fees.

• Applicants with 80%-84.9% and above in Class 12 Boards will get a scholarship of 30% on their annual tuition fees.

Malaysia Campus Scholarships:

• Applicants with 90% and above in Class 12 Boards will get a scholarship of Rs 2,16,000 (RM 12,000) on their annual tuition fees.

• Applicants with 85% and above in Class 12 Boards will get a scholarship of Rs 1,44,000 (RM 8,000) on their annual tuition fees.

• Applicants with 80% and above in Class 12 Boards will get a scholarship of Rs 90,000 (RM 5,000) on their annual tuition fees.
